The Juniors may have had a great Eddie Murphy cameo earlier this month with two victories in 48 hours. However their attempt at Jack Bauer sadly failed as two matches in 24 hours proved a hurdle too much. After overcoming Cuchullains the previous evening, the Ballyduff men proved to much and the side could just not find the same connection. They trailed from the start and rarely looked like coming out on top eventually coming out the wrong end of a 0-14 to 0-7 score line.
A disappointing result and efforts will have to focus now on the Div 4 promotion play-off against Mullahoran which should be played in the coming weeks.
