Kingscourt 4-5 Crosserlough 6-12
The U-13′s suffered their second defeat of the season when they went down to a strong Crosserlough side in O’Raghalliagh Park on Monday evening. The pattern of the game was very similar to their opening encounter.
They conceded a very eearly goal, and then even worse a second. However they showed great determination to pull both back during the half and trailed by just 2-5 to 2-3 at halftime.
However, like the Bailieboro game, they faded in the second half and the greater power of the visitors saw the mcomofrtably through at the end.
However, it was a big improvement and something to build on for the remianing two matches in the group.
